This visceral, textured sculpture captures the essence of life and fragility. Crafted using the Raku firing technique, this sculpture captures the raw beauty and imperfection of life. Shaped to resemble a human lung, it features earthy tones and vibrant red highlights, evoking themes of vitality, decay, and resilience with crackled textures created during the firing process. This piece is a striking artistic statement but also works as a functional ashtray.
